As much as the trip to Kenya was an excellent adventure in and of itself, having Erik as a tour guide added to the experience. His down to earth nature and outgoing personality certainly set the tone for what was a great trip.

Erik is simply one of the most organized, affordable and trustworthy people you could ever work with for travel/vacation arrangements. He is an excellent communicator and a great person who was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable.  I consider myself a well-traveled person (20+ countries) and I have worked with tour organizers / guides of all sizes and prices.  Erik was, hands down, the best quality-to-price experience I've ever had.  I've paid a lot more for a lot less.

Erik was thorough and complete with his services on a canoe trip to the Wisconsin River. I recommend that you work with him on your next group outdoor adventure or overseas trip where you will need a knowledgable guide, a prepared traveler and a good-natured, trustworthy person.

Erik Rasmussen provides travel experiences. I've been on two trips with Erik. The first was in Ecuador where we traversed the Andes mountain range, visiting Indian ruins and taking in the spectacular vistas, and then descended deep into the Amazon basin to trek through the jungle. The second trip was a relaxing weekend gateaway from urban life to Spring Green, Wisconsin (three and a half hour drive from Chicago), spent canoeing down the Wisconsin river and camping out right on the river's sandy shores. Both trips were thoroughly enjoyable experiences, and I plan on booking trips with Erik again.

I participated on a canoe trip with Erik's Adventures and really enjoyed the trip. The campsite was very beautiful and secluded, the food was excellent and abundant- pasta, ribs, cheesecake- etc. and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much.
