As much as the trip to Kenya was an excellent adventure in and of itself, having Erik as a tour guide added to the experience. His down to earth nature, and outgoing personality certainly set the tone for what was a great trip.

Peru was beautiful! The planned itinerary gave us a good view of what the area is really like- not just the usual tourist spots. And I liked that Erik hung out with the group during free time too & helped us find good local restaurants, clubs & hiking.

Erik Rasmussen provides travel experiences. I've been on two trips with Erik. The first was in Ecuador where we traversed along the Andes mountain range, visiting Indian ruins and taking in the spectacular vistas, and then descended deep into the Amazon basin to trek through the jungle. The second trip was a relaxing weekend gateaway from urban life to Spring Green, Wisconsin (three and a half hour drive from Chicago), spent canoeing down the Wisconsin river and camping out right on the river's sandy shores.
Both trips were thoroughly enjoyable experiences, and I plan on booking trips with Erik again.

I participated on a canoe trip with Erik's Adventures and really enjoyed the trip. The campsite was very beautiful and secluded, the food was excellent and abundant- pasta, ribs, cheesecake etc, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much
